Privacy policy
Version of 10 September 2026
This Policy explains what personal data DESCO LOGISTICS GROUP LLC receives from visitors to this site, what it is used for, how long it is kept, and what rights the person whose data is processed has.
By submitting a request on this site you confirm that you have read this Policy and consent to your personal data being processed on the terms set out here.
1. Who processes the data
The data controller is DESCO LOGISTICS GROUP LLC, TIN 313131408, registered at Yangi Sergeli 15, Bunyodobod MFY, Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
For any question about data processing, write to sales@desco-logistics.com or call +998 55 511 40 42.
2. What data we collect
Through the request form on this site you give us the details you enter yourself:
- the name we should address you by;
- your phone number;
- your email address, if you provide one;
- the origin city or warehouse and the destination city;
- the type of cargo, approximate weight and volume, preferred mode of transport;
- any comment you add to the request.
3. Technical data
When you visit the site, anonymised technical information may be collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, interface language, referral source, visit time and pages viewed. This is used only to assess whether the site works correctly and how effective our advertising is.
If web analytics services are connected to the site, they process such information on their own terms. You can prevent this collection in your browser settings by blocking cookies.
The request form is protected from automated submissions by Google reCAPTCHA. It analyses visitor behaviour on the page and processes such information under Google's privacy policy and terms of service; links to them are shown below the form.
4. Why we need this data
We process personal data solely in order to:
- contact you about your request and clarify the cargo details;
- calculate the cost and transit time of the shipment;
- prepare and conclude a freight forwarding contract;
- handle the shipment and keep you informed of its status;
- comply with the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including tax and customs requirements.
5. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, which you give by submitting the form. Consent is voluntary: without it we cannot quote your shipment, but refusal has no other consequences.
Once a contract is concluded, processing continues on the basis of that contract and of statutory requirements.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for advertising.
Data may be shared only with those without whom the shipment cannot be carried out: carriers and forwarders on the route, customs brokers, warehouse operators, and government authorities — to the extent and in the manner expressly required by law.
7. Where data is stored
Under Article 27-1 of the Law on Personal Data, the personal data of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan is processed using databases whose technical facilities are physically located in the Republic of Uzbekistan and registered in the established manner.
Requests from the site arrive at the company's corporate email and internal messenger. The company aligns the specific set of services it uses, and their location, with this requirement.
8. How long we keep data
Data from a request that did not lead to a contract is kept for no longer than one year from the enquiry and is then destroyed.
Data relating to concluded contracts is kept for the period the law sets for accounting, tax and customs records.
If you withdraw consent, the data is destroyed earlier — except for records the company is required by law to retain.
9. Your rights
Under the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan you have the right to:
- find out whether your personal data is being processed and obtain access to it;
- require inaccurate or incomplete data to be corrected;
- require data to be blocked or destroyed if it is processed in breach of the law;
- withdraw your consent to processing at any time;
- appeal against the controller's actions to the authorised state body or to a court.
10. How to withdraw consent or make a request
Send an email to sales@desco-logistics.com with the subject line “Personal data”. Include the name and phone number you gave in the request — that is how we will find your record.
We will consider your request and reply within the period set by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
11. How we protect data
Only the employees who need it for their work have access to requests. Data travels between your browser and the site over the secure HTTPS protocol. We apply organisational and technical measures to prevent unlawful access to, alteration of, and disclosure of the data.
12. Children
This site is intended for business customers and is not addressed to anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe such data has nonetheless been submitted, write to us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this Policy
The company may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page and its date is shown at the top. Material changes are reflected in that date and, where the law requires it, we ask for consent again.
